My story’s driving question: What effects does the UNE food services have on student athletes as well as what changes need to be made to benefit the UNE student athletes.

This story is not about: A specific group/sport of UNE student athletes, it involves most sports and even nutritionists.

How will I ensure my story is fair to the people and ideas it represents: This scripted story is primarily about UNE students athlete’s. My plan is to interview 1 student athlete from a majority of every team to keep the fairness and opinions open.

How will I engage my audience and what are some crucial sonic elements in my story: I plan on keeping my audience engaged in this podcast by using student athletes, nutritionists, and coaches who are interested in this topic. Choosing these interviewees will keep my podcast opinion open, and make it interesting. My sonic element to this story is using student athlete’s as my main interviewees. This topic will relate to student athletes, so interviewing other student athletes will allow for the listeners to engage and relate.

What do I want my audience to remember? I want my audience to remember the impact that nutrition has on student athletes but also the wide opinions that strike on this topic, with hope that something will change.
